Wh Analytics accepted into prestigious Energy Excelerator Program

The State of Hawaii’s Energy Excelerator Program, a state-supported incubator funded in part by the U.S. Department of Energy and Office of Naval Research, announced today that kWh Analytics has been accepted as one of only 17 companies to their 2015 cohort.

The Energy Excelerator is an innovative program focused on bringing technology to solve the world’s energy problem, starting in Hawaii. Operating as a project of the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR), the program provides funding, strategic relationships, and a vibrant ecosystem for those accepted to participate.

The Energy Excelerator is a one-year program with an emphasis on demonstrating existing technologies in the Hawaiian market. With a world-class team of mentors and in-person meetings scheduled throughout the year, participation in this exclusive program was highly sought after by many in the industry.

We are delighted to be in the same cohort as many other exciting renewable energy startups (the full list can be found here). Hawaii is at the forefront of high-penetration solar, and we look forward to applying our tools and data analytics to support the growth of solar on the islands.
