John Peters has served as the Chief Insurance Officer of Lemonade since September 2016. In that role, he was broadly responsible for Underwriting, Pricing, Risk and Reinsurance, and many other core insurance functions. He was instrumental in building the insurance team from a small handful of people to an organization that sustains nearly $1 billion in premium. Prior to joining Lemonade, John served as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Insurance Operations and the Chief Underwriting and Product Officer, Regional Companies Group for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston. John also spent ten years at McKinsey & Company’s global property-casualty insurance practice, serving clients around the globe in various roles including partner. He is a former fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Bob has over 45 years of experience advising the insurance industry on strategic, financial and operating challenges, mostly gained while a partner at EY where he led the actuarial and financial services practices during his tenure. Following his career at E & Y, Bob has served on insurance company boards, including Assurant, Aviva plc, Resolution Life and Talcott Financial Group, and has been an advisor to the venture capital firm Anthemis and Habitto, a personal financial management platform operating in Japan.

Larry Ng is a serial entrepreneur and financial technology investor. Co-Owner of Wall Street Systems, exited to Ion Trading. Co-Founder of Moneyline Telerate, exited to Thompson Reuters (NYSE: TRI). Co-Founder of TradeWeb (NASDAQ:TW). Co-founder of MarketAxess (NASDAQ: MKTX), Founder of SpectraSoft. Former Trustee of Cooper Union. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union.

Matthias Weber has over 30 years of experience in insurance. He served as Group Chief Underwriting Officer and member of the Group Executive Committee of Swiss Re. Matthias earned a diploma in physics and holds a PhD in natural sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Mike Miskovsky is a seasoned leader of climate-tech startups. Mike served as Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ojjo, revolutionizing utility-scale solar foundations with a groundbreaking truss-based system. He also spearheaded Zep Solar’s rise and acquisition by SolarCity. His entrepreneurial pursuits also extend to electric vehicles, co-founding InEVit and later Tiveni, driving innovation in EV battery modularization and facilitating industry standardization. Mike is a current board member of Pegasus Solar and VesprSolar, and previously served as a board member at Sighten.

Yann is a Venture Partner at Anthemis Group, a lead investor in kWh Analytics. Anthemis Group invests in innovative financial services startups. Yann is also a co-founder of Motley, an AI platform automating enterprise analysis and reporting. Yann lives in Switzerland.
