Jason Kaminsky

Jason Kaminsky is the CEO at kWh Analytics. Just prior to joining kWh Analytics, Jason spent more than three years as a Vice President of Environmental Finance at Wells Fargo Bank. As a senior member of the Wells Fargo deal team, Jason originated, underwrote, and financed tax-equity investments during a time when the bank added nearly $1bn of solar assets. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2011, Jason worked at SPG Solar, where he supported the CEO on strategic corporate initiatives.

Jason received both his B.S. in Mathematics and his B.S. in Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Environmental Sciences from UCLA. He holds an M.S. degree in Environment and Resources from Stanford University, and also completed his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is from Thousand Oaks, California.

Isaac McLean

Isaac McLean is the CUO at kWh Analytics. With over 20 years of insurance experience, Isaac comes from ICAT Managers, where he spent 14 years building and growing natural catastrophe exposed property insurance programs. These programs included residential, small commercial and middle market books of business throughout the United States.

Isaac has a B.B.A. in Business Management and Leadership from New Mexico State University. He grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico and has resided in Lakewood, Colorado for the last 20 years.

Michael Bachrodt

Michael Bachrodt is the COO at kWh Analytics. Immediately prior to joining kWh Analytics, Michael served three years as Vice President, Structured Finance for OYO, an India-based hospitality technology company. Michael had previously spent 11 years on all sides of renewable transactions, first negotiating power purchase agreements for Pacific Gas & Electric Company, then structuring debt and tax equity transactions at SunEdison, and finally managing a lending and tax equity team as a Senior Vice President at Bridge Bank (a division of Western Alliance Bank). Michael spent the first seven years of his career valuing and negotiating complex insurance claims for Arthur Andersen and successor consultancies.

Michael received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He is from Rockford, Illinois.

Sanju Abraham

Sanju Abraham is the CTO at kWh Analytics. Prior to kWh Analytics, Sanju led the development and growth of a telemedicine company as Chief Technology Officer at QuickConnectMD. As a founder of the company, Sanju designed key aspects of the platform and helped architect the AWS system that ran the backend, setup key vendor partnerships and physician networks. Prior to working at QuickConnectMD, Sanju spent 10 years in the automotive industry building and growing many tech ventures. He also spends time teaching, coaching, and mentoring entrepreneurs through a number of outlets including business incubators, public libraries, and community colleges.

Sanju received his B.S. in Science from Elmhurst College. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science, Ph.D. in Computer Science, and M.B.A from DePaul University. He is from Naperville, IL.
