Aditi Raval is a Senior Software Engineer at kWh Analytics. Prior to joining kWh, she worked at a healthcare startup where she designed algorithms for detection of cardiovascular and sleep diseases using data collected by means of wearable technology. In a previous life, Aditi conducted research on various extensions of Standard Model of Particle Physics at Indiana University Bloomington. She calculated the interactions with possible new particles and forces that can help explain the mysteries unexplainable by the Standard Model. Her research is published in leading peer-reviewed journals.
Aditi has a PhD in Physics from Indiana University. She is from India.
Adam Shinn is a Technical Lead of Product and Strategy at kWh Analytics. Prior to joining kWh, Adam worked at both the Space Sciences Division of the Southwest Research Institute and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the University of Colorado at Boulder analyzing scientific data from a variety of NASA missions, including the Cassini mission at Saturn, the New Horizons mission en-route to Pluto, and the Hubble Space Telescope. He is a co-author on multiple peer-reviewed scientific publications.
Adam graduated with a B.A. in Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is from Alta Loma, CA.
Ali Afzal is a Senior Manager of Product and Strategy at kWh Analytics. Ali has spent the past few years in financial services focused on the Energy sector. Prior to joining kWh Analytics, Ali was a Private Equity Associate at Global Energy Capital responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, and growing portfolio companies. Before that, Ali was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking group of BB&T Capital Markets where he worked on mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining BB&T, Ali was a Consultant in the Business Valuation group of Deloitte where he performed debt and equity valuations.
Ali received his BBA degree from Baruch College. He is from Queens, New York.
Bobby McFadden is an Senior Underwriter at kWh Analytics. Before joining kWh, he worked at Chubb for eight years in the commercial marine division, writing multi-line middle market risks throughout the United States. Prior to Chubb, Bobby worked at PwC for two years in audit services, earning his CPA license.
Bobby holds a B.S. & M.S. in Accounting from Penn State University. He grew up in Villanova, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Philadelphia.
Brody Uehara is a Data Engineer at kWh Analytics. Prior to joining kWh, he worked at an endowment fund where he developed their investment analytics platform. Prior to that, Brody was an intern on the trading team of a quantitative hedge fund.
Brody holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.
